This week’s report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 2.9 percent, for new homes up 16.0 percent and for resale condos up 10.8 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 5.6 percent and down 12.0 percent on condos and up 8.6 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 3.6 percent and the sales volume is down 24.7 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 2.0 percent and the sales volume is down 8.1 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 2.9 percent and the sales volume is down 11.3 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 1.3 percent and the sales volume is up 2.0 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 15.0 percent and the sales volume down 26.3 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 8.3 percent and the sales volume is down 10.0 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 6.2 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.
This week we see the market slowing again some of this is the calander. There are few of these statistics that are moving up. I do know that we are seeing some small positive changes in upward trends.
